Conan lost a bet to his friends, so he gives them special tranceiver badges made by the Professor, and so the 少年探偵団 (Detective Boys) is formed. Their first case seems rather small at first, looking for a lost cat; however, it leads to discovering a corpse. Yet, when the police get there it vanished.
